At Endless Salvation, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Shipping Delays

  • Endless Salvation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Endless Salvation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
